If you would like to return a product, you can send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, as long as it fulfills our Returns Policy (see details below). In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and consequently it will not be liable for a refund
In case you would like a different size, color you can still return your product and place a new order. The amount of the returned product will be credited to your account according to the method of your payment. The new order payment is independent of the item returned. To return something, just fill in the information in the Returns Form that is included in your original parcel or download & print a new one here, place it in your return box/bag and send it back to us.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use. As soon as we receive your return back at our warehouse and in its original condition, we will send you a confirmation email.

Once your item is checked and fulfills our Returns Policy(see details below), we will refund you according to the original payment method you have selected upon placing the order. Depending on your bank or card issuer It may take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account. Please note, that the shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning an item, please make sure you use a recorded mail service and keep proof of the item sent until you receive a confirmation mail by us that we have received your goods.


  • Returned items should include tags and must be in the original packaging e.g. socks should be returned with the original box.
  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them.
  • Note that all underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except bras.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • The shipping charges for returning item(s) are fully covered by the customer.
  • Original Shipping Charges are non-refundable
